Perforated Pool Fence 90 Degree Corner Bracket
This item is a patterned product designed to be AS1926.1 pool-safe and compliant, meeting all structural engineering requirements.
Materials needed for assembling the perforated panel:
- 38x38x6500 Perforated Pool Fence Frame & cover clip x 1
- 1140mm x 1960 x 2.5mm Perforated Panel Infill with 9.5mm perf (resulting in a finished panel size of 1180mm (H) x 2000mm (W))
(Ensure the panel is installed with a gap of at least 25mm and a maximum of 100mm underneath to reach the minimum installed height of 1200mm.) - 4 x 90-degree corner brackets
- 32 x 10g x 16 x 16 SKU 45889B Wafer head #2 SQ drive self-drilling G304SS screws.
Framing Cutting and Assembly Instructions
Tools Required:
- Drill Driver with #2 Sq drive bit
- Angle Grinder with 1mm cut-off blade for cutting perf sheets (if needed)
- Aluminium Mitre Saw for cutting framing at 45-degree angles
- Sanding disk or flap disk attached to grinder to sand corner brackets if necessary for a perfect fit
Each 6500 framing kit produces one 2000-meter completed panel.
To adjust the perf panel size:
- Add 40mm to the frame cut length.
Example: A 1140×1960 perf panel becomes 1180x2000mm. - Cut 2 x 1180mm at 45-degree mitre and 2 x 2000mm at 45-degree mitre.
Assembly Steps:
- Insert corner brackets into the frame.
- Secure them by screwing through the perf sheet into the frame and bracket for a robust connection.
- Use 4 screws for each corner and additional screws spaced every 200-300mm along the sheet.
- Finish by snapping on a cover clip to conceal all fixings.
