Assembly and Installation Options

Framing Cutting and Assembly Instructions
Tools Required:
- Drill Driver with #2 Sq drive bit
- Angle Grinder with 1mm cut off blade for cutting perf sheets
- Aluminium mitre saw for precise cuts at 45-degree angles
- Sanding disk or flap disk for fine-tuning the corner brackets
Steps:
- Use the tools mentioned above to cut and assemble the framing.
- Each 6500 framing kit creates a 2070mm completed panel and a 970mm completed gate.
- Adjust the frame cut length by adding 40mm to match the desired panel size.
For example, a 1140x2030mm perf panel should be adjusted to 1180x2070mm. - Make 45-degree mitre cuts for the panels and gates accordingly.
- Insert corner brackets into the frame and secure them using screws for a strong connection.
- Place 4 screws at each corner and space the remaining screws every 200-300mm apart.
- Finally, snap on the cover clip to conceal all fixings for a clean finish.
