- 1140mm x 1960 x 2.5mm perforated panel infill with 9.5mm perf
Finished panel size: 1180mm (W) x 2000mm (H) or can be cut down to any height between 1250-2000mm. (Installation tip: Ensure a minimum 25mm to maximum 100mm gap under the panel for a minimum installed height of 1200mm.) - 8 x 90-degree corner bracket

Framing Cutting and Assembly Instructions
Tools Required:
- Drill Driver with #2 Sq drive bit
- Angle Grinder with 1mm cut-off blade for cutting perf sheets
- Aluminium mitre saw for precise 45° and 135° cuts
- Sanding disk or flap disk attached to grinder for refining corner brackets if necessary.
Steps:
- Use the tools mentioned above to cut and assemble the framing.
- Each 6500 framing kit makes a 2000-meter completed panel.
- Increase perf panel size by 40mm for the frame cut length adjustment.
For instance, a 1140x1960mm perf panel should be cut to 1180x2000mm. - Make 2 x 1180mm 45° mitre cuts and 2 x 2000mm 45° mitre cuts.
- Secure corner brackets by screwing them into the frame and perf sheet for a robust connection.
- Use 4 screws at each corner and additional screws spaced 200-300mm apart around the sheet.
- Complete assembly by snapping on a cover clip to conceal all fastenings.
