Framing Cutting and Assembly Instructions
Tools Required:
- Drill Driver with #2 Sq drive bit
- Aluminium mitre saw for precise cuts at 45-degree angles
- Sanding disk or flap disk attached to Grinder (for sanding corner brackets if needed for precise fit)
Steps:
- Cut 2 frames at 1185mm with 45° mitre and 2 frames at 975mm.
- Insert corner brackets into the frame and secure them by screwing through the perf sheet into the frame and brackets for a sturdy connection.
- Use 4 screws at each corner and space additional screws every 200mm along the sheet.
- Complete by snapping on a cover clip to conceal all fastenings.
